All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products and the preparation that goes into our events, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order or ticket purchase is completed.

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in advance. For custom items, please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
